The range of doors vary as follows:
1- Fire rated Steel doors:
A complete range of single or double personnel door sets designed to comply with the varied requirements of fire rated applications. Fire doors are designed for the protection of openings in walls and partitions against fire when installed in accordance with NFPA 80 atonal Fire protection association standard for fire Doors and Windows. Door leaves ranging from 46mm (30mm for access panels) to 56mm thick depending upon the type & project specification, manufactured from 1.2mm thick galvanized steel. Door frames manufactured from 1.5mm thick galvanized steel and available in a choice of three standard and profiles.
Fire ratings: up to 2 hours, tested in accordance with Underwriters Laboratories.
( UL 10 B ,C ) approved and labeled by local Authorities.
Rating: 90 minutes / 120 minutes
2- Acoustic Steel Doors:
Acoustic doors are designed to prevent the passage of excessive or unwanted noise in commercial, industrial and public buildings. They are used externally to keep noise levels within Environmental Health limits and internally to reduce the passage of sound between rooms.
They are typically used in manufacturing premises, plant rooms, recording studios commercial offices and auditoria. Luxury Metal produces a complete portfolio of steel sound reducing doors ranging from large, purpose designed hinged, sliding and folding configurations to range of pre-engineered personnel doors which are tested to 180144-3 and performance rated from Rw 29dB to 57 dB.
3- Vision panel/Double glazed steel doors:
These fire rated doors are recommended to suit any application where vision is important. We can fabricate and manufacture any shape and size of your requirements.
4- Wooden finish fire rated steel doors.
Where design and looks are important we provide wooden finished steel doors where they have the nice looks (pleasing appearance) of wooden doors and durability and strength of steel doors.
